This series of machine tools adopt the gantry layout, which is composed of bed, double columns and beams.

It is mainly used for grinding around the grinding wheel. It can grind all kinds of large workpiece planes made of steel, castings, non-ferrous metals, glass, ceramics, etc.Suitable for all kinds of machining workshop and machine repair workshop.


Main Features:

High strength wear-resistant cast iron is selected as the working table of the bed, with optimized structure design, stable precision and sufficient rigidity.

The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic pressure and stepless speed regulation. The transverse movement and vertical feed of the grinding head are driven by AC servo motor with high precision ball screw.

The machine tool adopts numerical control system, which can realize automatic grinding cycle controlled by program and manual grinding controlled by electronic handwheel.            The grinding height can be increased up to 1000mm according to the special requirements of users.

The longitudinal guide rail of machine tool adopts automatic continuous lubrication. Vertical and horizontal guide rails and screw pairs adopt automatic centralized lubrication            The machine is a CNC fixed beam gantry type surface grinder, equipped with a horizontal grinding head (precision bearing spindle): mainly grinding the horizontal plane (dynamic and static pressure bearing spindle can also be selected).

The machine adopts gantry structure, composed of double columns, crossbeams and bed, and closed rigid frame structure. The bed adopts flat and V-shaped guide rail layout. The guide rail surface of workbench and other sliding guide rail surfaces are covered with polytetrafluoroethylene soft belt. The crossbeam is a rectangular step guide rail, which is equipped with a carriage. The grinding head can move vertically up and down the carriage, or horizontally along the crossbeam.

The spindle of grinding head uses AC motor to drive the spindle of grinding wheel through triangle belt. The grinding head adopts the high-precision bearing spindle (it can also be equipped with the dynamic hydrostatic bearing spindle).
