CTY2.5/6B explosion-proof special battery electric locomotive is the second generation IGBT chopper speed regulating electric locomotive independently designed and developed by our company. The electric locomotive adopts modular design and stepless speed regulation. The control part is equipped with multiple protections, which improves the safety factor when the locomotive is running. The locomotive has compact and practical structure, large starting torque, stable operation, fast and reliable brake expansion, simple structure and easy maintenance. The product has passed the inspection and review of the national authority for many times, and the key technology of the chopper controller has obtained the national patent.

Product introduction

The 5T battery-type electric locomotive has two types: general type and special explosion-proof type. It adopts resistance speed regulation or IGBT stepless speed regulation. On stepless speed regulation locomotives, our factory takes the lead in adopting the new IGBT chopping speed regulation technology in China. The electric locomotive adopts modular design and stepless speed regulation. The control part is equipped with multiple protections, which improves the safety factor when the locomotive is running. The structure of the whole vehicle is reasonable, the explosion-proof performance can start smoothly, and the energy consumption is reduced. The main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar technologies at home and abroad. The graded speed regulation locomotive adopts battery series and parallel connection, motor series and parallel connection and magnetic field weakening. The speed regulation stage is 7 grades, and the starting is smoother without obvious impact.

Product use

This product is mainly used in mines with coal (rock) and gas (biogas, methane) and main air tunnels for full air pressure ventilation, as well as the main return air ducts of gas mines and the intake and return air ducts of the mining area, and the excavated rock roadways. The unwired underground roadway hauls mine carts, transportation equipment and personnel.

Safety operation rules for the transportation of 5 ton battery locomotive

1. Electric locomotives must have complete safety devices, bells, lights, protective covers, brakes, connectors and leakage and circuit protection devices. Any abnormality must not operate.

2. Before driving, you must carry out front and back inspections and send out signals to avoid hurting people or crushing various pipelines and lines.

3. The driver of the electric locomotive must abide by various signals and obey the instructions. It is strictly forbidden to drive after drinking. When the electric locomotive is running, all parts of people and objects shall not be exposed.

4. Fast driving is strictly prohibited. When encountering a curve, exiting a tunnel, construction site, or there are people ahead, slow down and send out a signal.

5. When the electric locomotive falls off the road during operation, the signal should be sent out immediately, and the processing personnel must choose a safe location and contact the signal, and conduct unified command for processing.

6. Electric locomotives must be rated for traction, and transportation must not be overloaded, ultra-wide, or ultra-long.

7. The locomotive transporting blasting equipment must comply with the regulations on the transportation of blasting materials.

8. The locomotive transporter must carefully check the connectors, brakes and components before driving. Explosive, flammable and mixed cargo is strictly prohibited in the car, and it is strictly forbidden to pick up the car in the middle.

9. It is strictly forbidden to stand on both ends of the battery car to prevent squeezing (bumping) injuries.

10. When unloading the slag, the parking lot and the U-turn should be equipped with protective facilities to block the car to prevent falling off the road.

11. Check frequently, keep the locomotive clean, and drive well. When the driver leaves, he must cut off the power, brake the brakes, stop on the safety line, and have good lighting and warning signs.
